DO NOT USE if your skin is broken, irritated, or breaking out, and stop using if you notice any redness or itching. 

1.  Apply skincare to clean skin, let absorb 10–15 min." 

2.  No oil-based or active products like retinol or acids right before taping. 

3. Apply tape to your target areas — no need to stretch it. 

4. Gently press or smooth over the tape to activate the adhesive. 

5. Wear for 2–8 hours, or let it work overnight while you sleep. 

6. To remove, peel slowly while supporting your skin. If your skin’s on the dry or sensitive side, use a little facial oil to loosen the adhesive. 

7. Use 2–4 times a week, giving your skin 1–2 days off in between for rest.
